One of the 99 names of Allah is that He is al-Wadood (The Most Loving), meaning that He loves more than anyone else could ever love something. This includes good deeds. This quick benefit will explain the actions of Muslims that Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) loves.
1. Allah loves those who repent to Him
Allah loves His servants will seek forgiveness to Him and repent to Him.
"Truly, Allah loves those who turn to Him in repentance..." (1)
2. Allah loves those who purify themselves
Allah loves the purification of His servants, and purification is one of the virtues of Islam.
In the same ayat quoted above:
"...and loves those who purifiy themselves." (1)
3. Allah loves those who do good deeds
Allah loves good deeds performed by the Muslims.
"And spend in the Cause of Allah and do not throw yourselves into destruction and do good. Truly, Allah loves Al-Muhsinun (the good-doers)." (2)
4. Allah loves those who put their trust in Him alone
Allah loves those who rely on Him.
"And by the Mercy of Allah, you (O Muhammad ﷺ) dealt with them gently. And had you been severe and harsh-hearted, they would have broken away from about you; so pass over (their faults) and ask Allah's forgiveness for them; and consult them in the affairs. Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allah, certainly, Allah loves those who put their trust in Him." (3)
5. Allah loves those who are patient
Allah loves the patient ones no matter any situation.
"And Allah loves As-Sabirun (the patient)." (4)
6. Allah loves those who are pious
Allah loves those who are pious and have fear of Him.
"Yes, whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allah much; then verily Allah loves those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious)." (5)
Conclusion
To sum it up, Allah loves actions and characteristics of a pious Muslim. So it is a must to act upon the actions that Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) loves.
